Connect your own Claude account to Liftaroo. Ask it to create new programs or edit your existing ones in plain English. The changes appear in your app instantly. It only ever touches your own programs.
New to this? Paste this in and your AI will walk you through adding the connector and signing in.
I want to connect my Liftaroo app to you as a custom connector (a remote MCP server) so you can build and edit workout programs directly in my Liftaroo account. Here is the connector URL: https://liftaroo-mcp.jamalknyc.workers.dev/mcp Please walk me through it one step at a time: 1) Tell me exactly where to add a custom connector in this app's settings. 2) Have me paste the URL above and sign in with the same Google or Apple account I use in the Liftaroo app. 3) Once I tell you I'm connected, confirm it worked by listing my current Liftaroo programs. Keep each step short and wait for me before moving on.
Custom connectors require a paid Claude plan (Pro, Max, or Team). Any app that supports custom MCP connectors can use the same URL.
Once you're connected, paste this in. Tell it exactly what you want, or let it interview you. Then it lays out the full program for you to approve before saving it to your Liftaroo.
You're connected to my Liftaroo account through the Liftaroo connector. I want you to design a workout program with me, and then save it to my Liftaroo, but only after I've seen it and approved it. First, here's everything Liftaroo can do, so you know exactly what you can set when you build my program: - Multiple training days, each with its own exercises (e.g. Push / Pull / Legs, Upper / Lower, Full Body). - For every exercise you can set: the number of sets; reps as a fixed number (5), a range (8–12), or AMRAP; an optional RPE target per set; an optional % of max; and the rest time between sets (in seconds). - Supersets: group two or more exercises so they're done back-to-back. - Timed sets: for planks, carries, or holds, set a duration (countdown or stopwatch) instead of reps. - Bodyweight exercises (no weight) and custom exercises (anything not in the standard library). - A short coaching note on an exercise. Build a single week of training days that repeats each week; I progress by adding weight over time. Only create multiple, different weeks if I specifically ask for week-to-week periodization. How to work with me: - If I already tell you what I want (for example: "set up a 5-day program with plyometrics, squatting twice a week" or "upper/lower, 4 days, heavy compounds first"), just build from that. Only ask about the few things you genuinely need and don't know yet: usually my equipment, experience level, and any injuries. - If I haven't given you details, interview me. Ask these ONE AT A TIME, waiting for my answer before the next, using multiple choice (A, B, C…) where it helps: 1) How many days a week do you want to train? 2) Which days of the week work best? (or "flexible") 3) What's your main goal? (build muscle / get stronger / lose fat / general fitness / sport-specific) 4) How experienced are you? (beginner / intermediate / advanced) 5) How long do you want each session to be? (30 / 45 / 60 / 75+ minutes) 6) What equipment do you have? (full gym / home gym / dumbbells only / bands / bodyweight only) 7) Do you have a split in mind, or should I pick? (full body / upper-lower / push-pull-legs / you decide) 8) Any exercises you love and want included, or hate and want to avoid? 9) Any injuries, pain, or areas to work around? (be specific) 10) How much rest do you like between sets, and do you want any supersets or timed core work? 11) Anything else I should know? Either way, once you have enough to go on, DO NOT write anything to the app yet. First lay out the complete program right here in the chat: every day, every exercise, with sets, reps, rest times, supersets, and any notes. Then say: "Here's the program I came up with for you. Tell me what you think, and once you're happy I'll save it to your Liftaroo." Make any changes I ask for. Before you save, ask me what I'd like to name the program (or suggest a good name). Only once I say I'm happy, save it to my Liftaroo using the connector with that name, then confirm it's saved and remind me to open the Liftaroo app to see it.
Once you’re connected, try asking things like these.
Download it free, then connect Claude and let it do the programming.
