Open the Settings app on your iPhone, tap your name at the top, then tap Subscriptions. Find Liftaroo and tap Cancel Subscription. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period.
I reinstalled the app. How do I restore my subscription?
Sign back in with the same Apple or Google account you used originally. Your subscription will restore automatically. If it doesn't, tap the Restore Purchases button on the paywall screen.
Will I lose my workout history if I delete the app?
No. Your workout history is saved to the cloud and tied to your account. Sign back in after reinstalling and everything will be there.
How do I delete my account?
Go to Settings inside the app and tap Delete Account. This permanently removes your account and all associated data. Make sure to cancel your subscription first through the App Store to avoid further charges.
What's the difference between AI Guided and Pro Mode?
AI Guided is for anyone who wants to be told what to do. The AI plans your workouts and walks you through them. Pro Mode is for experienced lifters who want full control: per-set weight and reps tracking, progressive overload, advanced programs like 5/3/1 and nSuns, and detailed tracking.
Can I switch modes after setup?
Yes. Go to Settings and tap Change Program. This will walk you through mode selection again from the beginning.
I was charged but I can't access premium features. What do I do?
First try tapping Restore Purchases on the paywall screen. If that doesn't work, sign out and back in. Still having trouble? Email us at support@liftaroo.app and we'll sort it out.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Liftaroo includes a 7-day free trial. You won't be charged until the trial ends, and you can cancel anytime before then through your iPhone's App Store subscription settings.
